Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of evexiaplus.ie and any other public-facing Evexia Plus website (the "website"). Please read them carefully. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by International Centre for Recovery and Rehabilitation S.A., trading as Evexia Plus, a company established in Greece with its registered office at 35th km Thessaloniki - Nea Moudania, 63080 Chalkidiki, Greece.

You can contact us at ireland@evexia.com or on +353 1 263 3051.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes: to learn about our rehabilitation services and the EU Cross-Border Healthcare Directive, and to contact us.

You agree not to use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system; introduce malicious code or interfere with the proper working of the website; or copy, reproduce or republish our content except as allowed in section 6.

3. Medical information disclaimer

The information on this website is general information about our services and about rehabilitation. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis or treatment. Using the website, or contacting us through it, does not create a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only if and when it is expressly agreed in writing as part of an admission.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about any medical condition or treatment decision. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, contact the emergency services immediately (112 across the EU, or 999 in Ireland). Do not rely on this website or on contacting us in an emergency.

4. Information about the EU Cross-Border Healthcare Directive

The information on this website about the EU Cross-Border Healthcare Directive is based on publicly available HSE and EU guidance at the time of publication. We make every effort to keep it accurate and current, but the definitive source for the directive's terms, eligibility, reimbursement rates and process is the HSE. Always check directly with the HSE (www.hse.ie) or with our Irish team before making any decision based on the information presented here.

5. No guarantee of reimbursement or clinical outcome

We do not guarantee that any patient will be reimbursed by the HSE. Reimbursement decisions are made by the HSE in accordance with its own rules and processes. We help families prepare complete and accurate documentation, but the outcome of any claim rests with the HSE.

We also do not guarantee any particular clinical result. Rehabilitation outcomes depend on the individual, and any indication of likely progress is a clinical estimate, not a promise.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images and layout, is owned by Evexia Plus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit our content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites, such as the HSE, for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any third-party website, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

8. Reviews and testimonials

Where we display reviews or testimonials, they are genuine and are either published as they appear on public platforms such as Google, or used with the reviewer's consent. Individual experiences vary and are not a prediction of any other person's outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on any content on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website, with the "Last updated" date shown above, is the version that applies when you use the website.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece (Chalkidiki / Thessaloniki) shall have jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section deprives you, if you are a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country in which you live. If you are resident in Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
